Grant Gold is a Dallas-based real estate professional and broker with 18 years of experience across residential and commercial real estate. In 2025, he closed more than $17 million in combined residential and commercial sales. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Grant spent two years as Vice President at Allie Beth Allman & Associates, where he represented buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

His experience includes luxury residential sales, buyer and seller representation, office and retail leasing, tenant and landlord representation, investment properties and mixed-use developments.

Earlier in his career, Grant served as Vice President for The Howard Hughes Corporation, overseeing multi-million-dollar real estate assets in the Houston market, including The Woodlands and Bridgeland. His career has included properties and developments throughout Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Manhattan, Miami, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, DC and Sacramento.

Grant has been repeatedly recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as one of the Dallas area's Top Real Estate Heavy Hitters as well as D Magazine Best Realtor.

A licensed real estate broker and sales professional, Grant has built his career around strong relationships, market knowledge and client service. His extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate allows him to advise clients on everything from buying and selling homes to leasing, investments, negotiations and complex commercial transactions.

Known for his outgoing personality, responsiveness and focused approach, Grant brings energy, experience and integrity to every transaction. His commitment to building lasting relationships has resulted in significant repeat and referral business throughout his career.

Grant is a graduate of Texas Tech University. His professional affiliations have included the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He also serves on the board of the Jewish Children's Regional Service and the Texas Tech National Advisory Board.

Outside of real estate, Grant enjoys spending time with his kids and maintaining an active lifestyle.
